While we're crossing our fingers that this cold season will actually, well, be cold, we want to focus our appetite to some hot soups. One of our hot bowls that's getting some attention is our delicious Wonton Soup.
We make the pork filling in house, as well as we assemble the wontons ourselves. When we say "we," it's actually Chef Ead who makes these wontons by hand on a daily basis. In Thailand, the pork wontons are called kiao, and the wonton soup is called kiao nam. A very popular soup in Thailand, kiao nam has become a staple on our menu. We serve this hot and yummy soup filled with bean sprouts, napa cabbage, baby bok choy, fried garlic, and topped with some greens. We even have a kid version of this soup, but without all the veggies.
Come by and check our Chef Ead's expertise on these delicious wontons in the hot broth with fresh veggies!
