For this weekend's specialty menu, one of our features is a great steamed Thai curry dish that's...well...quite delicious. Mok is a cooking method used by most Thais, which is steaming the delicious dishes. We are using this method for these Pork Curry Cups, as well as our fan favorite Pork Dumplings. Haw Mok is most popular with fish, cabbage, and other veggies, and mostly in a red curry base. We are using pork for this weekend, however. Typically Thais will use banana leaves to make the small cups to hold the curry dish, in which we are doing here at Yai's, but sometimes you may see small bowls used to steam the curry cups. Either way, it is yummy, quite healthy, and if you love cabbage and red curry, this is it!
