Kao Soi is getting more and more popular due the love of yellow curry. So if yellow curry is one of your go-to picks and you want noodles instead of rice, Kao Soi may be your next big step. This northern Thailand dish consists of yellow curry broth, rice stick noodles, bean sprouts, half hard-boiled egg, wonton crispies, and fried shallots. Of course, this delicious dish has an option of chicken, pork, veg, tofu, beef or shrimp (additional charge for beef or shrimp).
This curry noodle soup has a thinner yellow curry consistency and often times will be served with egg noodles. While that's not one of our options, the rick stick noodles give it a hearty texture. Kao Soi is a Burmese-influenced dish that's served widely throughout northern Thailand, especially in Chiang Mai, and Laos.
