There's no party like an egg party!
Chef Mno was in a bit of an early Easter mood for this week's specialty menu, you can say, but Thai cuisine would often have some sort of egg dish. Thai people loved eggs in any way, whether as an omelette with ground pork and spices, boiled egg in a curry soup, or just sauteed in pad thai. Whichever way, this versatile ingredient always found its way into a lovely Thai meal.
